Our Mission

Women Leaders in Cannabis is a non-profit organization aiming to improve public opinion and increase acceptance of professional cannabis business. We are a group of women who meet the fourth Wednesday of every month with the goal to empower, educate, and network women in our cannabis community while also giving support to philanthropic organizations.

There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.

— Kofi Annan

What We've Achieved

  • In the last year we have raised money for numerous partner non-profits such as Rock Paper Scissors, A Hope in our Valley, Beyond Toxics, Warrior Sisters, and Trauma Healing Project

  • We have fought to establish a safe women’s space to learn, grow, and network together.

  • We have stood up to the notions of hate and bigotry- solidifying our organization as one of inclusion and equality.

  • We bring educational and inspiring speakers to Eugene every month to build our arsenal of tools as working women in this industry

  • We are creating an unstoppable force of empowerment for women within the cannabis sphere and beyond.
